Wedding of Kyrie & Sean

We attended the lovely wedding of Kyrie & Sean at the weekend. Although we had the threat of rain it did not come to much at all. Firstly we attended the service which took place at St Andrews in Hamble. We then took the group photography just outside the church to the right hand side if anyone knows the church.

Once the church proceedings came to an end Kyrie and Sean left the in their vintage car and we headed down to a quiet spot in Netley called 'Netley Abbey Ruins'. With loads of character this historic mediaeval site is just awesome for photography. We captured some really lovely shots. If space allowed we would love to post all their photographs on the blog but there just is not enough room. Perhaps I can persuade them to open up their preview pictures in the next few weeks? Watch this space!

Below are a few preview photos we quickly added. Enjoy.

Wedding of Jackie & Stephen

Jackie and Stephen married in North Baddesley nr Romsey and then held their wedidng reception at Lyndhurst Park Hotel. It was another fine weather weekend with plenty of sunshine so the trend continues for us this year.

The wedding photography style was certainly mixed. We took the opportunity to mix things up during the portrait photography session but also provided plenty of formal style photography to give Jackie and Stephen a host of headaches during their picture rating process. We captured some really nice natural pictures together with some more contemporary style.

The best man, Jordan, who was only 9 years old done a sterling job.

Wedding of Katherine & David

Thank you both again so much for everything. We love the photos and all of our friends and family have said how amazing they look. You helped to make our day really special and the photo sessions ran so smoothly. Thank you both for capturing our day for us!

Katherine and Dave

What an amazing day. The weather was perfect for the wedding of Katherine & David who married at Portsmouth Cathedral and held their reception at Alverbank Hotel in Stokes Bay nr Lee-on-the-Solent.

Portsmouth Cathedral really does provide a super backdrop for weddings. The building is so large with plenty of photo opportunity inside and out. We spent some time after the service at the Cathedral and then stopped at the beach to capture a few natural strolling shots. We then moved on to the Alverbank Hotel which also provided a superb array of locations for both formal, naturual and contemporary photography.

Some preview photo's are below. If you would like to view the full compliment of images of Katherine & David please select their album from our online albums page.

It's taken a few weeks of development but we are really pleased with the results of our new website. We have worked our efforts on providing much better detail to the products and services offered. We have provided better images to give upcoming brides and grooms better visuals on the products that we offer. Our Gallery page has been totally revised with more sample images but we have also provided larger pictures of each of our products together with examples of our 'occasions four' spread designs.

We will be adding more spread samples and gallery images over the next couple of weeks. Our frequently asked questions page has been revised together with our wedding exhibitions page.

Brides Wanted: To Trash the Dress

'all occasions' are looking for a bride (previous customer or not) who is willing to trash the dress for a unique photo-shoot.

"Trash the dress is a term used for a type of photography that contrasts elegant clothing with an environment in which it is completely out of place. It is generally shot in the style of glossy beauty and glamour photography."(source: Wikipedia)

The well planned photo-shoot consists of visits to a few unique local locations which provide the ultimate backdrop for some amazing pictures. Time of photo-shoot should not exceed 3 hours.

Our trash the dress bride will receive a free CD containing all hi-resolution pictures from the shoot. A selection of large unique prints from the day and superb hospitality from Steven & Karen of 'all occasions'. Groom invited too for the experience!

Brides who are interested in this amazing opportunity to capture something completely different and unique please contact us using our online form.

Please note that the brides dress will become dirty during the shoot but no material damage will occur.

Take a look at this online Five video regarding Trashing the Dress. Click Here.

Wedding of Kate & Tony

Recently we attended the wedding of Kate & Tony who married at The Potters Heron just outside Romsey Hampshire. The wedding party was around 40 strong so certainly a smaller number of guests than perhaps 60 - 70 which is normally the average.

The weather was typically fantastic for May with sunny spells so any couples wondering which month to marry then May is a really good bet. Kate & Tony wanted us to capture a real mixture of shots. We added a fine blend of contemporary style photographs to provide the couple with plenty of options. As normal our photography style contained plenty of natural shots to give Kate & Tony a headache of options before they use our online system to rate their pictures. Once they have rated their pictures we will begin designing their wedding album.

Chilworth Manor Wedding Exhibition Update

It was our busiest wedding exhibition to date with only myself and Karen stopping for a sandwich and even that was interrupted by the massive interest in our product's which was fantastic. 2009 wedding's was hot on the agenda with bookings taken on the day and we were really pleased with the feedback on our albums and more importantly our pictures and how they were presented. It was funny because many couples mentioned about the detail which can be seen across our pictures. For example the delicate detail in the brides dress. We continually strive to work hard in capturing consistent pictures across your wedding day regardless of the conditions...

Our 'Occasions Four' product/service is by far the most popular. It has a fantastic price tag and when you consider that two photographers will be attending your wedding day to capture both perspectives if presents a very good story book account of your day.

We will be following up on our emails over the next couple of days but as mentioned on the day it is important that customers book early to avoid any disappointment. Please do contact us at your earliest convenience using our contact form above.

Thank you again to everyone who attended and we have today added one more date to the wedding exhibition diary to give couples the chance to sample our work before our October 2008 round of shows. We will be attending the Eastleigh Holiday Inn on March 30th so please do try and come along if you can.
