Choosing a wedding photographer!!!

As you do I was doing a little surfing the other day and came across this video clip on You Tube. Here is the quote from the video description:

"I secretly recorded my last portfolio review with a potential client. I am hoping that he chooses to use my photography services for his wedding. Please contact me if you are interested having me shoot your upcoming wedding."

All budding photographers should take note of this clip!!!

Photography at Potters Heron Romsey

As any local photographer might know Potters Heron just outside Romsey in Ampfield is somewhat limited in locations for photography. The rear of the building contains a steep embankment which might be tricky to negotiate when dealing with larger wedding parties. At a recent wedding(click here) in May we opted to use the front of the building for most of our photographs. Decent light with plenty of tree's was ideal, however, cars became a real problem when shooting towards the busy road. You also had to deal with cars which cram the hotel car park.

On a day which provides good light there is good opportunity. Rainy days might become a problem if you don't carry good quality lighting for inside photographs. 'all occasions' always carry studio lighting incase of emergency.
