• Where are 'all occasions' based?

  We are situated in Hedge End, Southampton. Our coverage extends throughout Hampshire.

• How would you describe the services you offer?

  We currently offer 3 different wedding albums and a DVD digital only service. Depending on your chosen service all our storybook wedding albums are handmade in the UK or Italy.

  It's taken us years of experience to find the right combination of style and products to meet couples expectations. Regardless if you have chosen only to have all your pictures on DVD or you have selected an album, our approach is same on your wedding day. We only offer our customers a quality product and service without any gimmicks or catches and that is why our referral rate from past couples are so high.

• Who will photograph our wedding day?

  We do not sub-contract our photographers. Your wedding will be exclusively photographed by Steven & Karen. We are insured for both public liability and professional indemity. We have over 12 years combined experience in wedding day capture.

• Do we need two photographers?

  If you are looking for formal and natural photographs of your wedding we do not believe a wedding can be fully photographed without two photographers. We work as a team providing two perspectives of your wedding both natural and formal. This is our style and provides two completely different takes of your wedding.

• How long should we allow for photography?

  Our photography style requires atleast a strict minimum of 1 hour 30 minutes of time on your wedding day. This covers your formal group photographs and also your portrait photography. This time is purely for the photography which happens after your service but before you sit down. A total duration of around 4 hours is plenty for most weddings.

• What happens if it rains?

  The first thing to do is don't panic. Weather in the UK is pot luck and that is the reason why we always carry studio lighting incase of emergency. Studio lighting is suitable for formal group photographs and portrait photography. We only need 10 minutes on your wedding day to setup our lighting.

• Are there any hidden charges?

  No! The cost of our service includes everything from pre-wedding consultation, wedding day service, photo preparation and final album/cd completion. Unlike some other photographers you do not pay any additional fees for attendance.

• What is the typical duration of your stay?

  We cannot stress enough to couples that photography is just one part of your wedding day. You can spend years planning your perfect wedding but unfortunately your day cannot go on forever. You need time to enjoy all the other aspects of your wedding day so as standard our coverage is around 4 hours. You can optionally extend this time if required to cover preparations and/or up to your first dance although we strongly encourage couples to think long and hard about this decision.

• What is your booking fee?

  We ask all our customers to pay £100.00 non-refundable booking fee upon initial booking.

• When is the final balance due?

  The final service balance is due around 4 weeks before your wedding day.

• Do we meet with you before our wedding?

  Absolutely! It's extremely important that we meet before your wedding day. We will discuss all the particular's about your day including all the fine details about how we approach your wedding. As a rule of thumb we aim to meet between 3-4 weeks before your big day.

• What is your customer account area?

  As soon as you become a customer you will have access to our secure online customer area which will allow you to keep track of everything related to your wedding photography both before and after your wedding. You can keep all of your personal and booking details up to date but also to plan your itinerary, group photographs, additional shots, manage pictures, album spread approval, track album status and much more. We are the only photographers in the world to have such a system.

• Can family and friends see our pictures?

  Yes! All our couples receive secure access details to your online photo album. You are more than welcome to pass on these access details to your family and friends. Your online album will also allow friends and family to purchase additional prints at very competitive prices.

• How do we choose pictures for our wedding album?

  All our wedding albums are bespoke and unique. We do not offer a templated approach to your album design. Your wedding album is designed based on the unique feedback we receive using our online tools which you have access to both before and after your wedding. Once your designs have been done you can approve them online. You can then keep track of your album progress.

• How many pictures do we get on your CD only service (Occasions One)?

  As a guide we provide between 350 - 400 hi-resolution copyright free images. All pictures provided are high quality and consistent. We don't believe in just chucking hundreds of pictures on to a CD. Consistency and attention to detail is our priority.

• Can we purchase the hi-resolution images after our wedding?

  Of course! You are purchasing all images available as per above but also your purchase includes all copyright release which allows you to use all images for personal purposes only. The CD is packaged just like our Occasions One service.
